Policies
All rental rates are subject to 13.25% state tax.
There is a clean-out fee of $80. If the rental is very dirty upon departure, an additional cleaning fee of $50 may apply.
Additional persons (over 2 guests): $15/night extra per person. When placing a reservation please mention the number of guests who will be staying. Families may ask us for a discount on a second child.
We require a 50% rental deposit to hold your booking. You will receive a confirmation and receipt letter, along with a map with directions to Honua Lani Gardens.
As a security deposit, we take your credit card information upon arrival.
Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival (by written notice) is subject to full forfeiture of deposit. A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be made if we are successful in re-renting the space you booked.
The Guest House has ADA accessibility.
